At low tide West Beach Resort’s sand and pebble beach turns into a 160,000-sq.-ft. playground where you can search for San Juan Islands sea creatures. Its activity kiosk provides all the gear you’ll need for clamming, and you might even find eels, fish and sea cucumbers hiding under rocks!
