Fishing

During high tide, bring your own boat and launch it off the beach of Robin Hood Village. During low tide, you'll have to go one mile to the Mason County boat ramp. There's plenty of fishing to do! Drop your crab pots, angle in early summer/late fall for salmon or troll for sea-run cutthroat trout!

Historical

Built in 1934 by a famous Hollywood set designer, Don Beckman, Robin Hood Village is named after the 1938 'Adventures of Robin Hood' movie featuring Errol Flynn. Discovered in 1792, Hood Canal was originally named Hood's Channel. Over the years, the name evolved and the cabins took their name.
