The Residence Bed and Breakfast, in Lynchburg, Virginia, was built in 1915 as the residence for the president of Randolph-Macon Woman's College, and college presidents resided here until 1983. During those years many well-known writers, artists, statesmen and celebrities, including Elizabeth Taylor, President Gerald Ford, Georgia O'Keefe and Pearl S. Buck were entertained here.
