River Haven is situated on 6.5 acres of land, three miles southeast of Leakey on Ranch Road 1120. The camp sits on a bluff which overlooks a beautiful view of the Frio River, better known as the Rio Frio. Rio Frio (the "cold river") offers a cool refreshment to hot Texas summers, as well as providing a clean, tranquil setting for rest and relaxation. Two paths are available at River Haven for river access. Whether you are coming to enjoy a cool river break in the summer, a restful weekend in the summer, in the splendor of spring or fall, or slumber in the crisp winter air, River Haven provides the perfect setting and amenities.
