The Antebellum South survives at Pool Rock Plantation Manor. Once the Manor Plantation, the Inn is now alight with Christmas tree lights, or the glow and chatter of the Shoe & Slipper dance in the 1,200 sq ft dance floor. Book a couples’ retreat, attend an old-fashioned ball, join a zumba class, or attend a tea party at this graceful, aging manor.

Modern Italianate and Greek revival features line the addition to the original Federal design Pool Rock Plantation, though in antebellum days Pool Rock Plantation was known as Manor Plantation.
Backed by woods leading to the marsh of a lake containing a heron rookery, most of the peninsula behind the Manor is woodlands devoted to a deer reserve.
The 5.2 acres includes a 3,700 square foot reception/conference center with a 1,200 sq ft dance floor. The reception center has been used for zumba classes, dance lessons, parties and wedding receptions.
