Enjoy a full three-course country breakfast each morning, an outdoor hot tub, and wraparound porch. Plus, as a guest of The Inn, you are welcome to visit their sister property, Whitney's Inn, which is two miles away and features an outdoor heated pool, private trout pond, and horseback riding. You'll also be centrally located to the Attitash, Wildcat, and Black Mountain ski resorts. When you visit The Inn at Jackson, you'll come as a guest, but leave as friend!
The Inn at Jackson was built in 1902. It was designed by famous New England architect, Stanford White, who with the exception of Frank Llloyd Wright, is America's best known architect. It was created as a summer home for Kate Baldwin of the Baldwin piano family, who continued to use the cottage until around 1922. After that it passed through various owners and names until The Bilgers renovated the property in May of 2005 and the result is what you see today.
Take advantage of the inn's great Romance Package, which includes two nights lodging in a romantic Victorian room with a fireplace, your choice of two $65 dinner vouchers or a one-hour massage for two at Debony Salon, a dozen red roses, breakfast in bed one morning, arrival refreshments, and a complimentary gift. This beautiful setting is sure to rekindle the spark that brought you together!
