Warning!!! Do not waste your time or money with this resort. This is the worst experience my family has ever been a part of. While the place was filthy (our toddlers disposable diapers were black from crawling on the floor of the carpeted cabin), that was not the worst of it. The staff was simply unapologetic and insincere. Three letters to the manager left unanswered. Well overpriced.
The only positive thing about this place were the visitors. We enjoyed living in misery with the other guests. It made for good conversations by the pool. My mother-in-law even had a couple laughs. In hindsight, the fact that the resort was so terrible made for some long lasting memories, but save the money and try somewhere else. Our last trip to Branson was at the Settle Inn. This place was much better and the Hawaiian Elvis singing at Breakfast was a unique experience.
