The walleye are hungry in Sugar Lake and other nearby fishing holes. You can bring your own boat and use the lodge’s free dock space, or rent one from the marina. If you want to tap insiders’ knowledge, the lodge can arrange a guided trip. And you can make a beeline straight for the lakes’ hotspots.

Enjoy the views of Sugar Lake as you hit the links at Sugarbrooke. This championship par-71 golf course incorporates 6,534 yards of rolling terrain with woods, water, bunkers and challenges for all skill levels. Townhouses situated right along the course are the perfect accommodations for group golf outings.

Lake

You’ll be immediately surprised by the shocking aquamarine hue of Sugar Lake. A sandy bottom and 26 feet of clarity only heighten its appeal. Dock space is on the house if you bring your own boat, and so is all non-motorized water equipment. Motorized equipment is available for rent at the marina.
