Beach

The resort sits on Long Lake, one of Minnesota's 10 clearest lakes. A swimming beach is your gateway to the water: take out a canoe or kayak, dive off the swimming raft or bait a line and try your best to outsmart a walleye or northern.

Golf

Among its many offerings is the Bears Den Golf Course, an onsite, nine-hole, par 36 championship course. Not your average resort course, its 3,500 yards include a driving range and putting green. A pro shop is located in Timberlane's Grand Lodge.

Lake

Timberlane Resort rests on Long Lake, easily 10 miles of the finest Minnesota lake recreation. This 1,935-acre lake teems with northern pike, walleye, largemouth bass and panfish; the resort provides boats, motors, pontoons and paddleboats.

Cabins accommodate families of all sizes, sleeping two to 14 people. Rent a few for a small reunion! All cabins face the lake and are arranged to afford you the utmost privacy. Some units include fireplaces, Jacuzzis and satellite TV.
