Historical
Michael Cudahy, a self-made millionaire from Kilkenny, Ireland, originally constructed the Inn at Stonecliffe as his private home in 1904. In the mid-1960s it was the site of Mackinac College and finally, in the 1970s, the property was run as an inn. The historical presence of the past century shines through to this day.
