Fishing

Heartland is Illinois' only Orvis-endorsed lodge! Its guide provides door-to-river service for half- and full-day Mississippi River fishing trips. Bait sturgeon, catfish, walleye a& perch while enjoying the scenery of this legendary river. And keep an eye out for the its other residents too, like otters, beaver and eagles.

Hunting

Pike County’s deer population is legendary and Heartland - Illinois' only Orvis-endorsed lodge - is one of the nation's best whitetail hunting lodges. Large bucks thrive here between the Mississippi & Illinois River drainages. Guides accommodate hunters of all abilities in pursuit of deer, upland birds, waterfowl & turkeys.
