Historical

Mesa Verde is a world heritage site with 4 alcove sites open to the public in summer and 1 in winter. The park is huge & requires 1/2 minimum visit. These stone age buildings date from about 1200 AD.

Nature

Sundance Bear Lodge presents a beautiful getaway in Mesa Verde Country. The San Juan Nat'l Forest is perfect for hiking, biking, horseback riding. SBL is on over 80 acres: enjoy a relaxing walk through canyon & mesa top grounds!
