My parents and I rented a cabin at BRB Crystal River Resort in September and were very disappointed. Our cabin was in poor condition. The cabin had a bad odor when we arrived and we never could get rid of it. The cabin was unclean. The furnace didn't work and the office didn't have it fixed. Light fixtures didn't work. The light over the bed had a broken switch. The light on the wall in the living room had a cord without a plug on the end. The ceiling light fixtures had such dim light you couldn't read. You have to pay extra if you want a TV. Kitchen didn't even have a spatula. Bathroom door had a hole in it. Bathroom sink only had hot water - no cold tap. Front door didn't latch unless slammed shut. Screen door didn't fit opening. For the price we payed, we felt ripped off! We wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
