Bull Shoals is in north central Arkansas about 10 miles south of the Arkansas-Missouri state line. Primarily a retirement and vacation center, Bull Shoals is bordered in three directions by a clear, deep, man-made lake of the same name, Bull Shoals Lake. This large, man-made lake, created by the Bull Shoals Dam, is the hub of activity for travelers heading to this area. Tremendous fishing, boating, swimming and camping make this a popular destination for outdoor lovers. The Ozark Mountains also provide a beautiful backdrop during your stay, and the perfect place to explore on hiking and biking trails.
