Lake

This cottage overlooks the a perfect area for trout fishing, canoeing and kayaking, just downstream from Beaver Lake. Stop in at the deli nearby and pick up a picnic lunch; canoe rentals are right in the area. Return to true cottage comfort!

Nature

This "Secret Garden"-inspired location features grazing deer, raccoons and a large swath of Canadian geese. Walk the terraced steps down to the river, and be soothed by the wet-weather waterfall. And of course, stroll through the acres of gardens!
