Nature
Set in Tongass National Forest, the largest national forest in the US system, Bruce Harding's Old Sourdough Lodge sits among an abundance of untamed nature. Here is the largest concentration of bald eagles in North America; see the Anan Bear Observatory in July and August, or raft or boat down the 400-mile Stikine River.
