Newlands is a fine Georgian house, used as a shooting lodge by the Dukes of Buccleuch in the l9th century. The house sits in a quiet location overlooking the Hermitage Water in the heart of Liddesdale. Almost unchanged for a century, Liddesdale and the surrounding Cheviot Hills are perfect for walking, biking, bird-watching, fishing, and horse riding.
