Kudowa Zdrój is situated on the foremost western part of the Klodzko Land, on the altitude of approx. 400 metres above sea level. It is a flat plain surrounded by the Stotowe (Table) Mountains on the north, the Lewinskie Hills on the east and the Orlickie Mountains ranges. On the west, the valley is open. Together with the surroundings, it forms a beautitul corner of the Sudety Mountains.
