At the centre of Wensleydale, with superb scenery all around, in grounds extending to the famous Aysgarth Falls, the Palmer Flatt Hotel is heir to nine centuries of tradition. The Aysgarth Falls are within our grounds and fishing for trout and grayling is available on our private stretch of river. From the hotel can be seen Bolton Castle, where Mary Queen of Scots was held prisoner for six months in 1568.
