Welcome to Northeast Georgia

From gorging to ballooning, there’s something for everyone - and a little in between - in Northeast Georgia! Explore Tallulah Gorge State Park, home to the 1000-feet deep Tallulah Gorge and the six waterfalls of Tallulah Falls. The park’s Interpretive Center offers spectacular gorge overlook views as well as camping and picnicking opportunities. Enjoy the 360-degree view atop Georgia’s highest point, Brasstown Bald, before taking the kids to Babyland General Hospital. “Adopt” a Cabbage Patch Kids doll at this “hospital” or tour a vintage collection of the classic children’s toy. Then, take a champagne hot air balloon ride or even assist in balloon inflations at the Helen-Atlantic Hot Air Balloon Race. Northeast Georgia is more than you expected!
